Mark Woods is a safety management expert and creator of Peak. He was a founding member of the Register of Outdoor Safety Auditors. He has held senior management positions and driven Peak for 2 decades. He is a gifted tutor with a wicked sense of humour and a huge amount of hands on experience managing people in difficult situations. His experience as an alpine rescue leader has lots of trade offs to most work environments, not to mention a wealth of anecdotes and war stories!

Henry Worsp has been part of the Peak team for over 14 years. He has worked as a raft, sea kayak and flyfishing guide. He began ski patrolling in 2000 and has run the snow safety programme at Whakapapa, supervised the patrol and tutored on Stage 1 Avalanche Courses in the North Island. He enjoys meeting people and loves running full on, challenging courses that will stretch participants to their limits. He also has extensive safety audit and safety management system development experience.

We use a bunch of other people to help us out when we need to. Rest assured that they meet the same high standards we demand of ourselves. Our reputation requires it.
